Any design orders without deposits are considered pending quotes until payment is made.
To lock in shoot date deposit must be paid.
Remaining payment for will be paid day of shoot
Quotes are subject to change.
No refunds for deposits.
Additional charges for edits.
The creation of an entirely different design, meaning idea concepts outside of the original idea concept will require an additional payment.
Rush orders require full payments plus additional rush fee.
All refund request will require 3-4 weeks process.
All orders will take 7-9 days for completion unless additional terms have been specified and agreed upon.
Designs projects are subject to individual timelines and time frame for completion.
Outstanding invoices will be subject to a $15 inconvenience fee.
Late arrivals are subject to shoot cancellation.
